Customer Service Administrator
Full time, 12 month fixed term contract
Working Monday to Friday, 8 – 4:30 or 8:30 – 5:00pm (early finish on a Friday)
Salary: to £25,000 + 5% discretionary bonus
Wanting to work for a successful company based in Castleford, free parking, great benefits, flexible approach to home working? If so, my client in Castleford is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to work as part of the Customer Solutions Team. You’ll be responsible for providing administrative support both internally and externally to the wider Customer Solutions Team and customers. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract and there is the opportunity for a permanent position at the end of the 12 months.
On a daily basis you will;
Support the business with sales order processing on SAP (training given on SAP)
Experience and skills;
Whilst lots of administration experience is not required, you’ll certainly have a positive attitude, good communication skills and enjoy learning. You’ll be confident speaking to customers on the telephone and able to work as part of a team.
You’ll have some IT experience, maybe gained at college/uni or in your previous job though training in their systems will be provided.
